How We Develop an OEM Glassware Order

We usually start with the closest current cup, pitcher, teapot, or jar model. Then we separate what can stay standard from what must be sampled, printed, packed, or newly tooled.

Decisions We Lock Before Sampling

Product and mold

We confirm capacity, shape, wall structure, handle, lid, straw, infuser, and accessory matching before deciding whether the current model is enough.

Decoration

We review the logo file, print position, Pantone reference, label, and private-label requirements before artwork or sample approval.

Packaging

We define the color box, gift box, insert, divider, barcode, carton mark, and export carton around the actual sales channel.

Order plan

We record quantity, destination, delivery window, trade term, approval owner, and which changes are still open before bulk production.

Bulk-production timing

We confirm a dated production window after the order route is clear

For OEM planning, we first identify the approval that starts each clock. A current model, decoration, retail packaging, and new tooling do not share one start point; the written order plan records the trigger and dated window for the selected route.

Before an OEM slot is confirmed, send the base model or drawing, quantity split, artwork status, packaging responsibility, approval contact, and requested handover date.

Manufacturing process

    Product Selection

    We match the target use, capacity, accessories, and quantity with an existing product or mold.

  2. 02

    Sample Development

    We prepare the product, logo, color, lid, accessory, and packaging sample plan.

  3. 03

    Design Confirmation

    We record the approved artwork, dimensions, packing structure, labels, and carton marks.

  4. 04

    Mass Production

    We start bulk production only after the sample and order details are confirmed in writing.

  5. 05

    Quality Inspection

    We check the agreed product, decoration, fitting, packing, and carton points.

  6. 06

    Shipment

    We confirm carton quantity, marks, shipping terms, destination, and document requirements.
